Welcome to the official E-roi. (“E-roi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) merchandise storefront and website (the "Website", the “Store”). By placing an order or using the Store, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t accept them, please refrain from using the Store.
1. Agreement to Terms
When you access or purchase from the Store, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Products and Availability
All items, including limited editions, pre-orders, and digital products, are subject to availability. Descriptions, pricing, and visuals are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or display differences.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
[Pre-orders]
Most products are pre-order-based. Production starts after the pre-order period ends. Orders typically ship 6–8 weeks after the pre-order period closes, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Manufacturing, shipping, or customs issues may cause delays. We’ll post updates when possible.
3. Orders, Payments, and Processing
Orders are processed in the order received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we detect fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity.
All payments go through Stripe and other trusted payment processors. Prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless noted. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we’ll refund the original payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide unless noted. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the destination, product type, and availability.
Once a package is with the carrier, we aren’t responsible for delays, damage, or loss in transit. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Because many items are limited or custom-made, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email contact@e-roi.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll review refunds or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
6. Ownership and Creative Rights
All designs, artwork, and branding related to E-roi and its talents belong to E-roi or are used with permission.
Buying merchandise doesn’t grant any license to reproduce or reuse our IP. Do not replicate, resell, or redistribute our products or artwork without written approval.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the Store, don’t,

❤︎ Resell or mass-distribute items for profit without permission.
❤︎ Misrepresent yourself as officially affiliated with E-roi.
We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or take legal action if these rules are violated.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Store and all products are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, product availability, or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or its products.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect policy, store, or legal changes. We’ll post revisions here with a new Effective Date. If you continue to use the Store after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
